Following our commitment to our CSR strategy, we focused on the pillar of energy sustainability and environmental protection.
One of the initiatives we decided to take is the "Waste Disposal Unit" deployed in IPT Sustainable Station - Amchit.
This unit was created specifically for the purpose of encouraging people to deposit their wastes for special treatment and reuse. Not only this, but also to raise awareness over the benefits of recycling as waste has a huge negative impact on the environment, as well as to encourage them to engage in an eco-friendly behavior on a daily basis.
Different types of waste can be safely deposited in separate bins available on the station for special treatment and reuse. These bins are designed to collect waste cooking oil, batteries, electronics, glass, organic waste, plastic and paper.
