A Shared Commitment to Progress in the UAE and Beyond
In 2024, IPT Group became the first company in its sector in Lebanon to publish an annual sustainability report aligned with global standards. This wasn’t just a milestone; it reaffirmed our commitment to transparency, accountability, and long-term value across everything we do. In alignment with the UN SDGs, we have integrated our ESG strategies with specific goals to address global challenges where our impact is perceived as relevant core.

At IPT, sustainability isn’t a side initiative. It’s built into every decision we make. It shapes how we work, how we grow, and how we build lasting partnerships. This mindset is deeply rooted in our UAE operations and forms a core part of our everyday culture.
With five decades of trusted operations behind us, we’re proud to carry that same commitment into the UAE and the wider region.
What We Achieved in the UAE in 2024
Environment
- We acquired a terminal in Hamriyah Free Zone to strengthen our local trading and logistics operations.
- Construction began on a 100,000 sq. ft. hub in Dubai Industrial City, which will serve as a future distribution and service center. The site will feature EV charging and solar integration.

- Excellium Pro Concentrate, developed with TotalEnergies, improves fuel efficiency and reduces emissions.
- Biodiesel distribution, launched through our partnership with Neutral Fuels.
- We joined the UAE’s Climate-Responsible Companies Pledge, reinforcing our alignment with the national Net Zero 2050 strategy.
- We completed our 2nd GHG emissions reporting for both Lebanon and the UAE with V4 Advisors, building on the baseline set in 2023.
Social
- Our UAE team is proudly diverse, with nationalities from across the globe working side by side. This mix of perspectives drives innovation and reflects the inclusive spirit of the country.
- We introduced structured training and development programs for all UAE staff, focusing on technical skills, safety, and ESG awareness.

- Toward the end of 2024, we launched our first structured stakeholder engagement process to better understand the expectations of our UAE partners and communities.
Governance
- We operate under ISO-certified management systems for quality, environment, and health and safety, backed by a clear Code of Ethics.
- We’ve fully digitized our UAE operations to streamline workflows and reduce paper use, improving traceability and accountability across the board.
- We’ve conducted regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring to ensure transparency and accountability across UAE operations.
- We joined the UN Global Compact UAE network, aligning with international best practices and sustainable business principles.
Scaling This Model Across the Region
Our success in the UAE is now setting the tone for expansion:
In Saudi Arabia, we officially launched IPT Energy KSA in 2024, bringing with us the same commitment to cleaner fuels, ESG factors, and innovation aligned with Vision 2030.
In Jordan, we’re laying the groundwork for market entry. Plans include modern fuel stations, EV charging, solar integration, and other sustainable energy solutions.
What’s Ahead for 2025
In 2025, we’re focused on deepening our impact and building on the momentum we’ve created. Across our UAE operations, we’re launching monthly ESG awareness sessions, rolling out wellness and safety programs like Green Week, and continuing hands-on sustainability training at our terminals. We're also investing in smarter digital platforms to improve transparency, tracking, and operational efficiency. As we expand our product offerings, we’ll continue to drive innovation in cleaner fuels and emissions reporting. And because we’re here to stay, we’re prioritizing stronger community engagement and working toward new ISO certifications that reflect our long-term commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
