In the second year of collaboration between IPT Energy Center (IPTEC), the CSR arm of IPT Group, and the Nature Conservation Center at the American University of Beirut (AUB-NCC), IPTEC sponsored the competition, held on 25 April 2024 at AUB. This year, the focus was on addressing the pressing issue of water conservation and management in Lebanon. A total of 320 students from 11 universities came together to form teams and develop innovative solutions related to water sustainability.
During the event, participants showcased their projects on boards, while a panel of 41 judges evaluated their work and selected the top-performing teams. At the conclusion of the event, Dr. Toni Issa awarded prizes to the winning teams, recognizing their outstanding contributions to addressing the challenges facing Lebanon's water resources
